At OGLmove, we want you to love every piece you wear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all items in original condition. Simply ensure your items are unworn and unwashed with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.

  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it to the outside of your return package, ensuring no other tracking labels are visible.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed within 5-7 business days.
